With the intention of sharing personal connections within her creative endeavors and artistic production, Anabel Englund released “Picture Us” today, her brand new single on AREA10/Ultra Records.

The single was written pre COVID, (COVID B.C.), after Anabel watched “A Year In Space”, a PBS documentary following astronaut twins where one heads to space and the other stays on earth. Within all of her music she writes, Anabel Englund is good at drawing a proverbial line of connection between her and the listener through her music. For her, even though people can be thousands of miles apart, they can still be intertwined and drawn together through a strong connection. “Picture Us” is a story about two people who endure through dark times together, always knowing they can get through it because they have each other.
This year has been nothing short of a stand out year for Anabel Englund, with multiple stand out releases one after another from “So Hot” which was remixed by AREA10’s founder MK as well as Nightlapse, and that has now over six million streams on Spotify alone, not to mention it hit the #1 spot on Dance Radio for 8 weeks in a row, to her single with Lee Foss “Warm Disco”, which invited Englund to be on the cover on Spotify’s mint playlist, and then there was “See The Sky” her single that was remixed by Tracy Young, who was the first-ever Female GRAMMY-Award winner for “Best Remix Production” (Non-Classical), to finally her single with Jamie Jones “Messing With Magic” a soulful tune that draws at your heartstrings and carries a masterful production throughout the track. Englund is planning on releasing her debut album later this fall which will include all of these songs and more. The album will be available on Ultra Music.
